Installation Method: Weld-in / Flush Type

Flush Alignment: Place the A3-20A housing into the cutout, ensuring the upper edge of the housing is flush with the deck/floor surface.
Groove Welding: Securely weld the housing to the deck structural steel using a continuous full-perimeter weld. Low-hydrogen electrodes or Co2 gas shielded welding is recommended.
Anti-Corrosion Treatment: Remove welding slag upon completion. Once cooled, apply anti-rust primer and topcoat.
