Twist Lock

A twist lock is used to connect containers between the upper and lower tiers. It is available in left-lock and right-lock versions.

Methods of Use

Method 1:
Place the twist lock into the top corner casting of the lower container (with the cone facing upward). After the upper container is stacked into position, rotate the twist lock operating handle by 90 degrees to securely connect the upper and lower containers.

Method 2:
When the container is lifted to an operator-accessible height, the operator aligns the flat end of the twist lock with the lower corner casting of the upper container and rotates it to the first locking position. After completing the same operation on the other three corner castings, the container is aligned and lowered onto the lower container. Finally, rotate the twist lock operating handle to the locked position to complete the operation.
